Nike is paying tribute to distance runner Kenny Moore with a special pack and highlighted from that set is this tour yellow version which honors his marathon record. On December 7th, 1969, Kenny Moore raced through the city streets of Fukuoka, Japan to become the fastest marathon run by an American. This special-edition Cortez, constructed in OG nylon and suede, arrives decked out in the colors of that historic marathon. It sports Moore’s record-setting race time debossed on the heel counter and a sockliner graphic inspired by the Japanese streets he ran on.
