Nike SB Dunk High

Black Bar (a bar in Long Beach and Hollywood, California) teams up with Nike SB to release the Black Bar x Nike SB Dunk High. With some help from artist Nastyneckface, this special iteration of the SB Dunk High pays tribute to the city’s skate culture and the community as a whole. Done in an all-Black motif, the shoe comes with details such as the embroidered heel branding that reads Black, the geometric patterns on the midfoot Swoosh and insoles, and the phrase “Always Bet on Black” underneath Nike SB on the tongue – a cheeky nod to both the watering hole’s regulars and the cult classic Wesley Snipes film, Passenger 57. A Black midsole and Grey outsole round out the main features of the shoe. Look for the Black Bar x Nike SB Dunk High to drop on October 27th at select skate shops around the country.

Clean and simple are two of the words that can be used to describe this new colorway of the Nike SB Dunk High. Dubbed the Nike SB Dunk High Pro Deconstructed, this SB favorite takes on a deconstructed look just as the name implies. The upper is made out of a textured and tumbled leather in black with tonal detailing on the Swoosh branding, with the laces, tongue, midsole, and outsole all being done in black as well. The tongue has an exposed foam on the upper reminiscent of the Nike Blazer. To cap off the look we see gold stitching on the midsole, and gold hits on the insoles and outsole.

This Nike SB Dunk High Pro Deconstructed in black and gold will be arriving at select retailers this Fall. Will you be grabbing a pair?
