There is something beautiful about the way a Nike Air Max 95 wears a colorway. With so many panels and materials present, a designer is really is only constricted by his or her own creativity when it comes to choosing color schemes. It’s no wonder Nike has been rolling out fire pair after fire pair for almost 20 years now.

Today, we get a look at the new Nike Air Max 95 City QS that will make any American, or Brit, proud to be a sneakerhead. The Navy blue, distance blue, white, and well-placed hits of challenge red sit atop a clean white midsole perfect for a bright sunny day in early July. Not many details are currently available in regards to release date or whether or not these are part of a larger pack, but check back with us regularly to get the 411.

In 2014 it’s hard to find a color scheme that hasn’t been used to decorate the classic Nike Air Max 95. However, Nike has found one that will likely be a favorite among Dallas Cowboys’ fans. Blue Slate takes palette priority on the upper with a strip of grey leather used to separate the synthetic suede from the tonal mesh. A white tongue, laces and Nike Swoosh all come together to provide a nice clean contrast. The Nike Air Max 95 New Slate is awaiting your credit card info at JD Sports as we speak.
