Nike Air Force 1

We know that college basketball season ended not too long ago, but Nike is releasing a new colorway of the Air Force 1 Low that would be perfect for North Carolina fans. Starting off with a leather upper, this Uptown for Tar Heels fans comes covered in a flawless combination of Blue Gale and White all throughout. Additional details include white laces, a blue tongue, white inner liner, and a white rubber midsole/outsole. The only thing missing is the UNC logo somewhere on the shoe. That would have been fire by the way.

Already popping up at select retailers overseas, look for this Nike Air Force 1 to arrive stateside in the near future.

This Nike Air Force 1 High Sheed Rude Awakening is inspired by Rasheed Wallace’s performance in delivering the Detroit Pistons’s first title since 1990. In Game 4 of the 2004 Finals at the Palace, a cheap elbows shot to Rasheed Wallace’s chest led to him to dominating the final quarter in response and defeat the Lakers while wearing his iconic AF1 High. The sneaker basically takes on a white/blue colorway with a Larry O’Brien championship hang tag, tributes to the 2004 NBA Finals, Sheed’s logo on the heel and more to complete the theme altogether.

Retailing for $130, look for this Nike Air Force 1 High Sheed Rude Awakening at select Nike stores and online on April 26th. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news, release dates and where to purchase your favorite kicks.
