Recreating an old feeling can be hard to do, especially when that feeling is so immense. The Air Jordan 3 “True Blue” made many sneakerheads fall in love in 1988, 2001, and then again in 2011. Now the folks at Jordan look to bring that old thing back with the Jordan Son of Mars Low “True Blue”. Partially made up of the aforementioned Air Jordan 3 along with the AJ4, AJ5, and AJ6, the Jordan Son of Mars Low is a hodgepodge of iconic Jordan silhouettes. It’s hard to say how the sneaker public will feel about Jordan Brand fusions but the people seem to like these.

The SOM “True Blue” uses the color components of its AJ3 predecessor. The sneaker is predominantly white leather. True Blue is found on the midsole, as well as in a blue elephant print on the heel, and on the Jumpman logo on the tongue. Red lines the front sole of the shoe and also some of the lace loops. The kicks are set to release on July 27th. Be on the lookout at your local Jordan retailer.
