Air Jordan 1

One of the worst stories of the NBA this year has been the fact that Kawhi Leonard of the San Antonio Spur has been injured virtually the entire season and will continue to be sidelined indefinitely. Plain and simple, injuries suck! As a Jordan Brand athlete “The Klaw” has been blessed with some of the craziest PEs we’ve seen over the last few years and since he doesn’t show them off on social media they may go overlooked.

Last night Kawhi pulled out another impressive and eye-catching PE as he wore an Air Jordan 1 High that was covered in a shiny metallic gold all throughout the upper. The only contrast came on the Wings logo, laces, (and probably also the branding on the tongue that can’t be seen here) which were done in royal blue. Finishing off this Air Jordan 1 are a white midsole and translucent outsole.

What are your thoughts on Kawhi’s latest Air Jordan 1 PE? Are you a fan of the all gold upper?

Oregon Sole presents a very closer look at an unreleased Air Jordan 1 High Red Python sample that was introduced back in 2008. The classic sneaker basically features a red python textured upper mixed with suede overlays on the Swooshes across its sides and toe box. A contrasting black fur-like inner liner, white midsole and gum rubber outsole completes the rare design altogether.

Get a closer look at this Air Jordan 1 High Red Python Sample since it’s not going to be available to the public anytime soon. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news and release dates.
