adidas Rivalry Hi

Chicago-based artist Hebru Brantley is dropping something big for Miami Art Basel this week as he has linked up with adidas to create a collaborative adidas Rivalry Hi. Borrowing inspiration from Brantley’s iconic OG Flyboy character, this adidas Rivalry Hi takes on a variety of colors throughout the upper which include white, black, blue, red, and olive in luxe materials such as suedes and leathers. The sneakers also come with special colorful graphic insoles featuring the OG Flyboy character. It’ll be a mission to get your hands on a pair as these kicks will be releasing this Thursday, 12/5, at the Art Basel adidas x BBC store in Miami.

The classic adidas Rivalry Hi is undergoing a huge upgrade in 2019 as the shoe that was once known as a basketball sneaker is getting a tech upgrade in the new year. What you see above is the adidas Rivalry Hi Boost, the modern take of the retro silhouette. The upper is constructed out of a buttery leather which is then accompanied by hairy suede detailing on the tongue giving the shoe that fancy premium look. The two color options seen above include an all-white pair with subtle grey accents and a white with orange and lime green detailing. As mentioned, both are then finished off with full-length Boost midsoles in white to make them more comfortable than ever before.

Get an official look at the adidas Rivalry Hi Boost above and look for a release some time next month. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.
