According to a now deleted listing on Foot Locker’s release calendar, the Nike Kobe 5 Protro “5 Rings” is suggested to drop stateside this month. Originally released in 2010, the Nike Kobe 5 “5 Rings” returns this year in a Protro iteration, as it was designed in celebration of Kobe Bryant’s fifth NBA championship. Boasting Concord uppers that are emblazoned with laser-etched motifs and designs that spell out “Five Rings,” yellow sheath logo on the tongues, Swooshes on the sides, followed by gradient midsoles and translucent outsoles round out the design.

Retailing for $180, look for the Nike Kobe 5 Protro “5 Rings” at select Nike stores stateside and online on October 15. Stay tuned for further confirmation. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news, release dates and where to purchase your favorite kicks.
