Back in late 2018 it was rumored that an Air Jordan 5 Michigan release would be going down sometime this year. Today we get our first look at said Jordan 5.

Shown above, this special iteration of the Air Jordan 5 will be part of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 lineup. Although there are some differences, this pair definitely resembled the motif of the Air Jordan 5 Fab 5.

The Air Jordan 5 Michigan comes dressed in an Amarillo/College Navy-Amarillo color scheme. It starts off with a Yellow suede-like upper that’s then accented by the College Navy hits noted on the eyestay, tongue and midsole. Yellow shark teeth with speckling is also noted on the midsole, while an icy Blue translucent outsole can be found below. The shoe’s most notable features include the Jumpman badges stitched on the heels and the tonal Jumpman branding on the tongues. Although it is said to be a Michigan colorway, no Michigan branding is spotted on the images that have leaked.

As of right now, the Air Jordan 5 Michigan is expected to release on August 10th for $225. No word on how limited or exclusive this pair will be just yet. Be sure to bookmark the Air Jordan 5 Michigan hub page, where you will find the shoe’s latest release info and images.
