Having just collaborated with Nike on the React Element 87, Jun Takahashi’s Undercover is now joining forces with Converse to release the Undercover x Converse Chuck 70 Low Order and Disorder Pack.

Having debuted during Pitti Uomo in January, the collection takes a dystopian approach to contrast through its application of materials and colors. Constantly looking to challenge the labels attached to the Undercover brand, founding designer Jun Takahashi applied elements from his Fall 2018 collection “Order/Disorder” onto the canvas of the Converse Chuck 70.

Converse x Undercover explores the dichotomy that exists between Takahashi’s designs while harnessing the versatility of the iconic Converse silhouette. As a brand that straddles the street and the runway, Takahashi reinterpreted the Chuck 70 to create contradiction and elicit the notion of reflection and tension.

The collection features four distinct colorways—Black, White, Racing Red and Buttercup—on vintage canvas. The words “ORDER” and “DISORDER” are printed on the silhouette’s high-gloss toe box, with matching colors on the contrasting toe bumpers.

Look for the Undercover x Converse Chuck 70 Low Order and Disorder Pack to release September 25th at converse.com and select retailers.

Foot Locker has come together with Fat Joe for their latest “Discover Your Air” campaign in partnership with Nike.

In the new digital spot, Fat Joe is challenging notable taxi cab riders, including rappers LGP QuaSheck Wes and comedian Haha Davis, to join a 90’s hip-hop inspired karaoke during their ride. If the riders complete the 90’s flow, Fat Joe takes them to the nearest Foot Locker to pick-up the latest Nike Frequency Pack (which released on 9/14 and includes the Nike Air Max 95, Nike Air Max Plus 97, and the Nike Air Max Plus). “Discover Your Air” is all about celebrating the 90’s as, “the era that inspired AIR” with a retrospective look at the decade’s vibrant culture, hip-hop, sneaker style and colors.
